About Us

Migilore Treatment Services was founded by Renea Snyder, she was the prior Drug and Alcohol Program Manager for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. Through her dedicated efforts with Corrections she quickly saw a significant need in the community for quality addictions treatment for those involved in the criminal justice system and impacted by trauma. She wanted clients to have a safe place to access quality, evidence based treatment, with the understanding, that everyone's path to recovery is individually their own.

Renea Snyder, MS, ICAADC
Renea Snyder, MS, ICAADC

Founder and CEO

Renea was the prior Drug and Alcohol Program Manager for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and has over 13 years experience in the treatment field.  Renea is a National Trainer for SMART Recovery, Director of Clinical Operations for Associates in Medical Toxicology, and a Consultant for Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and delinquency.  In 2015, Renea received International Recognition for the development of the First Recovery Model for Correctional Settings.  Renea has been involved in multiple state and local committees as an expert and advocate for quality addictions treatment for criminal justice populations and systematic policy changes.  Renea graduated Cum Laude from Capella University with a Masters of Science in 2011.    In her free time, Renea enjoys reading and spending time with her family; Philip, Izayah, Joziyah, Eleanora & Gus.

Corey Burton, B.A.

Graduate Student

Corey is a graduate student at Shippensburg University working on his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Corey has over three years’ experience in drug and alcohol services, to include counseling in a Residential Treatment Facility.   Corey specializes in Addictions Treatment, Group Facilitation, and Motivational Interviewing. Corey is a member of the American Counseling Association and Chi Sigma Lota Honor Society.  Corey received his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Shippensburg University. Corey has learned the importance of meeting clients where they are in their process of change, treating clients with the respect and ensuring there is no wrong door to their treatment needs.  In his free time, Corey enjoys traveling and going to the movies.​

Alicia Griffith, M.S.
Alicia Griffith, M.S.


Alicia received a Masters of Science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Criminal  Justice/Criminology.  Alicia has over ten years experience working as a therapist for both young adults and adults involved in the criminal justice system.   In 2005, Alicia earned a certification In Prison Ministry and has dedicated her time to volunteer at various local jails throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland. Alicia conducted her Internship as a  Psychologist for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.   Alicia, enjoys being the mother of her daughter Ruby, which she believes has been the most rewarding job by far.
